We understand how important it is to receive your order as soon as possible. Since all of our products are made to order, production time is required before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.

All orders are processed and produced within 5–10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery time of 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you have any concerns regarding your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

If your order arrives with a defect or is damaged during shipping, let us know and we’ll make it right.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. If there is an issue with your item due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or if you received the wrong product, you may request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the issue must be reported promptly and supported with clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Please note that because all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, design, or changing your mind after purchase. Minor color variations due to screen differences are also not considered defects.
